You Had Me at Free Shipping
When shopping online, I hate paying shipping AND sales tax. Which is probably what prevents me from shopping more at West Elm. They have a store in Marin, but that's $5 in bridge toll right there. And factor in gas, and I might as well just give the money to UPS and have them deliver to my door.
This unwritten shopping rule I have was really bumming me out because I love West Elm's new ornaments. I am always looking for non-glass ones (less breakage potential), and they have a good selection of them. BUT! Now that West Elm is offering free shipping on holiday decor, I can put these at the top of my list:
