Daiso Redux

Did I say I was going to Daiso this weekend? Well, I couldn't wait and went this afternoon. While it's not as easy to navigate as the four-story Daiso I visited in Tokyo's Harajuku district, the Daly City outpost was still jam-packed with cute, affordable stuff.

It's quite the variety store, with items for every room in your house. But I was most impressed with the ceramics. Everything we bought was only $1.50, but apparently, there are some things that cost a bit more. Here are a few photos from today's visit:

I love the cherry blossom graphics on the storefront

These elephant salt and pepper shakers are cute, right?

I think this pair of bunnies might be even cuter.

Child-sized chopsticks with adorable graphics, and matching rests.

Even the disposable plates are awesome.

This mug would make the morning cheerier.

Polka-dots galore!
