Yep, I survived NaBloPoMo. And even though I generally keep my posts short, it was still a challenge. Especially during the weekends — when I try not to spend so much time in front of a computer.
My first post-NaBloPoMo post is going to be a bit scattered ...
- Have you picked up your December Design Sponge Shop goodies yet? (I have.)
- Jon and I sampled two of the Amai Bakery Botanical Brownies the other night. We could taste the lychee more than the white peach, but loved both. The boxes are gorgeous, too, and would make such a nice hostess gift. (BTW, Amai's green tea cookies are going to be featured on the Rachael Ray show today!)
- How cute are these apple and strawberry corduroy fabrics?!
- Love this article in yesterday's NY Times, about people with Post-Renovation Anxiety, New Couch Angst, etc. who decide to host parties. (AT:NY readers had funny/strong reactions.)
- On a more serious note ... I hope this story has a happy ending. Update 12/03: There's now a web site to help find the Kim family (James, Kati and their two girls).
