Strictly Valrhona

I read this article in the NY Times this morning, and two sentences in particular stuck with me:

There are homes that make a statement the moment you walk through the door. Mr. Chambers’s place says hip, successful, and photo-ready — except for the kitchen, which hasn’t been renovated because he needs a break from the contractors, or the den and guest room in the basement, which is still being furnished. Still, it packs an unequivocal style and color punch. Chocolate, you’d have to say, if somebody asked for a fast impression, and we’re not talking Milky Way. Strictly Valrhona.

Isn't that so much better than saying, "The walls are dark brown"?
