Catching Up
Wait? What? This week's episode was the season ender for "Gossip Girl"? Boo. I just hope I don't get so desperate for new programs that I become a regular "Cashmere Mafia" viewer. Based on the first episode, that show is truly terrible. Every five minutes, I found myself yelling out (at no one in particular): "Are there people seriously like this! Who talks like that? Who dresses like that? LAME!"
In other 2008 news: My dad has been in and out of the hospital (unplanned). Jon has been in and out of the hospital (planned). Half of my backyard fence collapsed during last week's storms (the whole thing has since been completely rebuilt).
As far as resolutions go, Jon and I made a pact to try to keep our house tidy enough so that we won't be totally embarassed if we have unexpected company drop by. And I have my initial appointment with a personal trainer this weekend.
Yes, you read that right. I know, up until this point in mylife, I've been so anti-exercise! But in 2008, I'm going to be just like Fergie — up in the gym working on my fitness.
