Yes, I know that there are folks out there who possess the creativity and skills to create their own gift coupons. But I'm not one of them. So I'm grateful for chickabug's Etsy shop, which carries these in packs of five ($3) or ten ($5.50):

For Christmas this year, we're giving my nieces and nephews coupons for an activity/outing. For example, an evening of bocce and dinner (here). We've got to spend time with them before they get too cool to hang out with their aunt and uncle.
